How do you chat with other people and how do you go to the rooms and change your pose set?

That is on the main log-in page of the forums. Click that link, and it will lead you to the chat homepage. You may log in using your WolfHome account, or, click sign up, fill out what it asks you to fill out, and make sure you read the rules!
You will get a confirmation e-mail, and once you activate your account, you can log in! To change colours or your pose set, go to the bodyshop, which is on the map, or go to Map Links - The Bodyshop, and you should be able to figure it out from that point. Click on a room from the map, or click on The Mysts, select a room, and begin chatting! (:
