Problem with the chat?

I don't know where this goes, or if someone has already brought this up, because I can't figure out the forum, but there is a problem with the chat.

Every time I put in the URL to the site in the URL bar, it takes about two minutes to load, and it shows one of these two things.

connect to server failed:
Host 'old.chatwitch.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

or

connect to server failed:
Can't connect to MySQL server on 'www.chatlands.com' (4)

Anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

UD reset the server, it should be back up within 24 hours! :>
