How do ya ask an Admin
I just want to know how to put your picture on.

Ask an admin simply by going to "private messages" at the top of the forum and typing in an admin's username. Here are some admin you could ask, but not all: Flatline, Voidrae, Sorin, and Clovette.
To edit your profile, go to the top of the forum and select "edit profile". You can edit your picture and general information there. n_n

How do you put a picture at the bottom of a text, like you have too.

In order to get a basic/standard account, you must have deltas, the Chatlands currency. To get deltas, you have two options. One: You use a credit card (PayPal most popular) and, on chat, on the map, go to the left hand side where it says, "account" and go down until you find "buy deltas" or "buy chatlands deltas". You can then invert credit card money into deltas. Then, go once again to "account", and select, "subscription" and change it to whichever you prefer. I suggest basic for small payments ($2.00 at a time), and standard (6.00 or more). This way you'll be able to keep your sub longer.
To put a picture/words at the bottom of your profile, go up to "edit profile" at the top of the forums, and then, in the tabs that say, "information", "preferences", etc, select the tab that says "signature" and there you go. :)
If you want some tips:
www.iaza.com - A good image site, which you'll find useful throughout your stay on Chatlands.
Also, use the code -[url=][/url] to insert links that are just one word. After the '=' sign, paste your URL, and then after the next ']', put the word that will link to. [url=blahblahblahURL]show up words[/url]. Have any other questions, feel free to ask! Also, you can ask an admin by creating a topic here. n_n
