Freebies:
All my freebies are allowed on any chat.
They can be modded.
Markings can be sold on my references.
All I ask is that you do not claim as your own and do not modify beyond my recognizable work.

Characters:
Custom, Premade and Auctioned characters CAN be resold WITH MY PERMISSION. There are certain characters I will not allow to be resold.
I must be notified through PM or email so that I am aware that they are being resold.
They CAN be traded, but again you MUST have my permission.
This is to avoid any confusion with name changes and ownership transfers.

Customs:
If I've made you a custom pose/icon/pixel/etc you CAN include it when you resell/trade your character. You dont need to ask me! (: You paid for it, you can include it.
