You don't get deltas. You can just change your subscription for free. (with no deltas.) The room is uploaded privately. Just ask Void where it is. x3

To find the Fireworks room for now, just go to the Dream Isles and look into the White Mountains. The room is called Fireworks! (Everyone Welcome) and ALL site rules apply!

You don't "gt" deltas, but during festivals I -may- randomly have delta giveaways on chat. You MUST be active on chat to be lucky!
