When uploading a room/pose.

This would make everything a lot easier for both, user and art team.

Proof of permission:

Post a link or a screen shot to your pose/room. Please say when posting a screenie.

If a free pose then just use the freebie emporium, the pose pro freebies or the photobucket free grayscales Just check and make sure it's allowed to be used here.

Anything other then thoughts photobucket albums will be rejected with copyright in question. Please understand that. We've had a lot of people just upload poses to their own personal photobucket album and link that saying they have permission.

If it says they made the pose and you've never seen it before, you're going to have to take their word for it and allow it. Just keep your eyes open.

If you cannot get permission for something, such as lost contact with the artist or lost your screenie/link. Just state that in the uploader for the art team to see. Just do not do this for everything you upload or else we'll thing you could be lying. If you REALLY can't find/get the permission then just PM an art member.

Just keep all this in mind when uploading!
